Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing subscriptions.
- Communicate with potential customers through DMs, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand student needs and recommend the most relevant Qaf Plus plans and services.
- Handle objections professionally and deliver clear value messages.
- Meet monthly sales targets and optimize conversion performance.
- Update the CRM with accurate customer information and pipeline status.
- Work closely with the marketing team by sharing insights, objections, and trends.
- Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities when suitable.
- Follow up post-subscription to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and reduce churn.
Qualifications:- Saudi nationality is required.
- Previous experience in sales; experience in EdTech or digital services is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High persuasion ability and strong objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Target-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Understanding of the Saudi education and exam ecosystem is an advantage.
