About the Role:- You will promote our full range of Infectious Disease diagnostic products and play a crucial role in developing market presence and customer relationships.
- Your responsibilities will include managing sales quotas, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with distribution partners to effectively market our products.
- Engage with key opinion leaders and gather valuable market insights to strengthen our competitiveness.
Core Responsibilities:- Achieving assigned sales targets and developing effective local sales strategies.
- Conducting sales calls and promoting product adoption among healthcare professionals.
- Forecasting and reporting on sales performance and market intelligence.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts through a consultative selling approach.
Qualifications:- A University Degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the diagnostics/POC sector.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Skills:- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Personal Characteristics:- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to success, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
