We specialize in sales, rental, and service of a state-of-the-art fleet of dozers, backhoes, loaders, and graders. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our dynamic operations department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and optimize operational strategies for equipment logistics, dispatch, and on-site management.
- Oversee the lifecycle of our heavy equipment fleet, ensuring maximum uptime through scheduling, mobilization, and maintenance.
- Manage and develop a skilled team of operators and ground staff, fostering safety and excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding operational matters, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
- Continuously improve efficiency and cost-control measures to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
Who We Are Looking For:- Must be a Saudi National.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operations, preferably in the rental or construction sector in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth technical knowledge of machinery like dozers, loaders, graders, excavators, etc.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in scaling teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of the logistical and regulatory landscape in the Eastern Province.
- A proactive problem-solver with a track record of operational excellence.
