Key Responsibilities:- Lead pursuit and win strategy for DDE opportunities with EPC clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors and key client stakeholders.
- Support commercial negotiations, contract terms, and rate discussions.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, projects, and BD teams to position Worley competitively.
- Act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and client decision-makers across sectors.
Qualifications & Experience:- Experience in the oil & gas industry in Saudi Arabia, with strong EPC exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
