Key Responsibilities:- Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during inbound processes.
- Reject damaged or defective items and maintain accurate records of rejections.
- Conduct audits on quality during picking & packing processes.
- Monitor packaging standards throughout operations.
- Provide training to store and hub associates on quality and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Engage actively in process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- HACCP certification and knowledge of food safety standards.
- Experience with fresh produce quality specifications.
