Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure operational targets are met.
- Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to meet profitability objectives.
- Ensure weekly distribution targets across all trade channels are met.
- Monitor product orders to align with market demand and optimize sales.
- Enforce compliance with company credit policies to prevent financial risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identify training needs and provide relevant programs for Supervisors.
- Develop high-potential team members through coaching and guidance.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in leading large teams.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
