The candidate must have the ability to participate in the development of the main objectives for administrative affairs and the overall supervision of administrative business planning and management activities.
Main tasks include: - Developing and implementing plans and programs that contribute to achieving the objectives.
- Supervising the processes of developing and continuously reviewing administrative authority tables.
- Following up on the administrative services needs of organizational units.
- Supervising the implementation of administrative systems and instructions.
- Preparing and preparing summaries and reports on the percentage of achievement.
Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Services Administration or Marketing or Executive Secretarial or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred certifications: - Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
- HR Development, HRMP, HRBP training certificate.
- SHRM CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (SHRM-CP).
- Certified Real Estate Assessor (IVSC).
