Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of communication systems (VoIP and data networks).
• Periodic inspection of systems to ensure good performance.
• Repairing defects and following up on technical issues.
• Documenting system settings and maintenance.
• Keeping up with the latest technologies and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Quickly responding to customer requests and reducing outages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications and information technology or any related field.
• One year of practical experience in technical support.
• Advanced skills in matters related to police, wired and wireless communications, equipment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
