Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Abdul Mohsen Ali Al-Suhaili Contracting Company offers an opportunity to join its team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a work plan and program for maintenance projects and assisting in developing the workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating necessary invoices.
• Distribute tasks and duties among the maintenance team members.
• Evaluate the achievements of the maintenance team.
• Develop and provide training needs for the maintenance team.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Preferred additional certifications such as PMP, MCSE, and CIMA.

Skills:

• Advanced experience in machine maintenance and maintenance planning systems.
• Ability to supervise and provide technical guidance.
• Advanced skills in report preparation and forecasting.
