About the Role:
The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations within our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will work closely with the General Manager and lead culinary services across six unique outlets, including specialty restaurants and banquet facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culinary creativity while maintaining quality across all outlets.
  • Inspire and manage a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Create innovative menu concepts and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage large-scale banquet operations.
  • Ensure food cost efficiency and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates with over 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, proven leadership, and financial acumen. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
