- Managing the purchasing and supply operations for the company projects.
- Searching for approved suppliers and negotiating prices and contracts.
- Issuing purchase orders and following up on the supply of materials to the sites.
- Comparing price offers and selecting the most suitable in terms of quality and cost.
- Coordinating with the project management and warehouses to ensure the availability of materials.
- Preparing periodic reports on purchases and costs.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and purchasing procedures.
Requirements:We are looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of experience in the field of procurement, preferably in the contracting sector.
- High negotiation skills and supplier management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Good command of the English language.
