Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes.
Minimum Qualifications:- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical drives.
