Main tasks:
•Managing and linking point of sale systems with delivery applications such as Jahez, HungerStation, Mrsool, To You, and others.
•Troubleshooting technical problems when they arise in delivery programs, cash register devices, or printers.
•Coordinating with delivery teams in case of a malfunction in receiving orders.
•Training branch employees on how to use the system and ensuring their compliance with it.
•Installing and updating systems and software as needed.
•Conducting periodic maintenance for devices connected to delivery (printers - routers - POS)
Required qualifications:
•Previous experience in supporting delivery or point of sale (POS) systems - preferably in the restaurant field.
•Knowledge of delivery systems (Jahez, HungerStation, To You…).
•Skill in troubleshooting.
