Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional and friendly service to guests
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property facilities
• Handle room reservation requests accurately and efficiently
• Update and maintain the reservation system information

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in luxury hotels
• Guest-focused personality
• Experience with Opera or similar systems is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

We are looking for an ambitious employee with experience in marketing and booking hotel rooms to join our team, and a commission will be added in addition to the salary.
