As part of a leading professional services firm, you will make a significant impact on infrastructural and stormwater projects in Jeddah.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and verify site surveys, including setting out, leveling, and topographic data collection.
  • Assist in maintaining survey benchmarks and control points throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review contractor survey data to ensure alignment with project specifications and drawings.
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
  • Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
  • Prepare survey reports, as-built data, and records for internal and client use.
  • Support the senior surveyor or resident engineer in daily project-related surveying activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in surveying within infrastructure or stormwater projects.
  • Proficient in using survey instruments and related software (*, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, Leica).
  • Good understanding of survey standards and procedures used in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with engineering consultancies or project management firms is preferred.

Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE matters on site, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 450*******and ISO 14******* standards.
  • Lead HSE Management System programs and initiatives that promote a positive safety culture.
  • Implement site-specific HSE policies and procedures effectively.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
  • Conduct safety meetings and collaborate with customers and subcontractors.
  • Support emergency preparedness, including drills and actual emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory), NEBOSH Diploma preferred.
  • At least 15 years of HSE experience, with 57 years in a senior role on large-scale projects.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa may be advantageous.
