Join KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group as a Commercial Officer:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Officer to support our multi-year general maintenance services contract for the Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:- Develop and review draft procurement and contract templates and guidance materials for the team.
- Provide advice regarding commercial reports, submissions, and other necessary documents.
- Manage team’s records management through a standardized filing system.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategies for procurement and contracting activities, contract performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate support services for team activities, including meeting preparations and workshop coordination.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Assist in tendering activities throughout the procurement and contracting lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, cash flows, billings, and related financial aspects.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contracting, and subcontracting for large projects.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with polymer projects is a plus.
