In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for organizing daily operations to meet the needs of the store while leading a motivated team. As a key player in our success, you will work towards achieving sales targets and profitability while ensuring excellent store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage daily work and operations.
• Develop staffing plans, working hours, and schedules.
• Prepare financial reports and manage stock inventory.
• Conduct initial job interviews and manage team performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the store.
• Train team members on products and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista.
• Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma; additional certifications in Business Administration or Hospitality are a plus.
