Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting with a recognized elevator company.
  • A valid GCC driving license is a plus.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive, precise on-site communication regarding callout ETAs and job performance.
  • Provide accurate, real-time back-reporting of all work performed at the equipment level.
  • Maintain accountability for the safety and optimal performance of all assigned equipment.
  • Identify potential site risks and promptly communicate them to your supervisor.
  • Take immediate on-site action in cases of high-risk identification and adhere to established escalation procedures.
  • Proactively identify and report "unplanned" service repairs based on observed equipment needs.
  • Uphold the safety of end-users and the site by adhering to safe working practices and executing operations in accordance with all maintenance and safety instructions.

Qualifications and Requirements
