  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive on-site communication.
    • Conduct accurate, real-time reporting of work performed.
    • Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisors.
    • Take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification.
  • Service Operations:
    • Maintain safe working practices according to established instructions.
    • Execute service visits efficiently, respecting schedules and quality standards.
    • Submit timesheets accurately based on job execution.
    • Maintain service tools and vehicles in good condition.

Requirements:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate course / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic IT skills are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting with a recognized elevator company.
  • A valid GCC driving license is a plus.
