Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies to safeguard the organization's assets.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Lead and manage the security team, providing guidance and training.

• Oversee the installation and operation of security systems.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in security management with 3 in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of security strategies and program implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

This vital role will ensure the protection of property assets, employees, and guests, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all security/loss prevention operations and implement fire prevention programs.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, including effective key control.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
• Provide personal assistance and support to employees and guests during emergencies.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and accident prevention.
• Promote exceptional customer service to enhance guest and employee satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
To qualify, you should have either a high school diploma with 4 years of security experience, or a 2-year degree in Criminal Justice with 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to foster teamwork within our diverse environment.
