Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and staff restrooms and shower areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
• Clean glass surfaces in public and staff areas, ensuring clarity and a sparkling appearance.
• Clean floor surfaces in public or staff areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Dust all surfaces within assigned areas to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Inspect furniture for tears, holes, stains, or other damage, and report any findings immediately.
• Clean and maintain lighting fixtures in all public areas.
• Place caution signs as needed to limit traffic in areas undergoing cleaning or maintenance.
• Communicate directly with other departments to report and arrange for urgent repairs needed in public areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest and inter-departmental requests.
• Identify and report any preventive maintenance or other issues observed in public areas or guest rooms to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries that occur.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
