Responsibilities:
  • Sell residential units through the off-plan sales system and housing projects.
  • Provide real estate consultations to clients and assist them in selecting suitable units.
  • Manage and follow up with potential clients, converting them into actual buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events to promote projects.
  • Stay updated on National Housing Company (NHC) projects and present them clearly to clients.
  • Document all sales transactions in accordance with official regulations.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven experience in off-plan sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

The showroom products include sanitary tools, plumbing and electrical supplies, regular and marble sinks, sanitary chairs, and accessories related to construction and finishing work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.

  • Providing appropriate sales consultations for the products.

  • Preparing price quotes and completing sales transactions.

  • Following up with customers and projects and achieving sales targets.

  • Using the sales system and issuing invoices.

  • Accurately matching daily sales and daily inventory.

  • Maintaining the organization of the showroom and displaying products professionally.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales.

  • Preferably someone with experience in sanitary tools, plumbing and electricity, construction materials, finishing and construction, ceramics and porcelain, or related fields.

  • Good knowledge of construction and finishing products and project requirements.

  • Proficient in using sales programs and point-of-sale systems, preferably experience with the Rawaa system.

  • Accuracy and integrity in dealing with daily sales and inventory.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Working Hours:

  • 12 hours daily.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: 2,000 SAR.
