Administrative Assistant
The Family Protection Association is looking for an administrative assistant to join its team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration by organizing tasks and following up on the implementation of decisions.

Main Tasks:

• Implement the administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor and follow up on the implementation of decisions.
• Open and sort physical and electronic mail and distribute it.
• Complete printing tasks and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
• Organize and take care of files.
• Coordinate and organize meetings of the direct supervisor and take minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.
