We are looking for a creative and practical person to manage and market the accounts of a real estate office, who will be responsible for building the digital presence and achieving actual results (clients + deals).

📍 Main tasks:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
- Design content (images + videos + reels)
- Write marketing content in an attractive way
- Analyze the real estate market and identify the target audience
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta / Google)
- Improve performance and achieve results (Leads - Engagement - Sales)

🎯 Requirements:
- Experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing
- Skill in design (Canva / Adobe or others)
- Understanding of managing paid ads and analyzing results
- Creative sense + ability to execute quickly
- Previous work (Portfolio) is preferred
