Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales policies, monitoring their implementation, and assessing results. You will also need to prepare documents and reports related to the company's sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study and follow up on market developments and identify marketing objectives and sales methods.
• Propose sales policies and follow up on their implementation and evaluate promotional programs.
• Communicate with customers to identify their problems and follow up on competitors.
• Assess the sales representatives' performance results and provide appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications: High school level.
