Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in housing supervision, strong leadership skills, and a proficiency in English; Arabic is preferred. Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finishing Supervisor in the construction industry. The role involves overseeing all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site finishing activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and monitor finishing works to maintain quality standards and rectify deficiencies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in finishing supervision on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes and materials.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

The Role
As a Lifeguard, your role is to warn swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies. You are also responsible for administering first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administering CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Ensure that the workstation is always clean.
• Adhere to end of shift report procedures.
• Ensure all pool and beach furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned.
• Provide guests with towel and chair service.
• Engage with guests and ensure all interactions are polite, helpful, and professional.
• Call out warnings to prevent potential hazards.
• Supervise swimmers to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of pool use and chemical levels.
• Check safety equipment and ensure it is well-maintained.
• Comply with hotel and departmental rules for safety, security, and environmental standards.
