The Role
As a Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry culinary operations with a commitment to craftsmanship, refinement, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, high-quality, and consistent pastry creations. You will set the culinary vision for the pastry department, guiding the team in executing refined desserts and baked goods that reflect the sophistication and prestige of the brand. Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pastry culinary, ensuring all baked goods, desserts, and pastries consistently meet the highest quality and brand standards.
  • Lead, supervise, train, and mentor the pastry team, ensuring adherence to all procedures, recipes, and standards for preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient production of all pastry items, maintaining consistency in quality, quantity, and execution across all outlets and service periods.
  • Take full ownership of menu development, collaborating with culinary leadership to create innovative, seasonal, and signature dessert offerings that elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring accurate forecasting, proper stock rotation, and timely ordering to maintain uninterrupted operations.

The Role
