Responsibilities:- Run the production process systematically and efficiently.
- Conduct hourly process control checks and participate in quality meetings.
- Monitor and manage material usage and waste to achieve efficiency targets.
- Ensure all equipment is hygienically maintained.
- Address any food safety hazards immediately and report them to your manager.
- Oversee the process workers at your station.
Qualifications:- Must have completed industrial training (ITI) or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic communication skills and a good working attitude.
