**Kindergarten Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Planning and delivering diverse educational and recreational activities suitable for children's developmental stages.
* Monitoring and evaluating children's progress and providing individual support to each child.
* Building positive relationships with children and parents to create an effective partnership in the educational process.
* Maintaining an organized, safe, and encouraging classroom environment for learning and discovery.
* Participating in the development of kindergarten curricula and educational programs.

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage front desk activities and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Assist with document filing, record keeping, and data entry tasks.

• 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Deliver engaging PE lessons that prioritize psychomotor development through playful, age-appropriate activities.
• Teach swimming classes while ensuring student safety in the pool (lifeguard certification required by August).
• Plan and run extracurricular sports activities aligned with your strengths and interests.
• Adapt lessons for multigrade classes and small groups, creating personalized and inclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with homeroom teachers to ensure coherence with the IB Primary Years Programme.

• Female candidate (to teach female classes in upper school and mixed groups in lower years).
• Degree in Physical Education or Early Childhood Education with a specialization in physical development.
• Experience working with young children, focusing on Early Years.
• Lifeguard qualification (or commitment to obtain it before August).
• Strong adaptability, creativity, and willingness to contribute to a growing school community.

• Experience in running extracurricular sports programs.
