Role Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as a finance business partner to key functions, including Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Costing & Controlling: Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers and implement KPIs for performance evaluation.
- Operational Finance: Collaborate with operations to enhance material utilization and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
- People Leadership: Mentor the finance team and build financial understanding across plant operations.
Required Skills:- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Leadership skills for team management.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
