Main Responsibilities:- Taking notes in shorthand (speed writing) and copying correspondence.
- Directing phone calls and receiving messages.
- Screening requests and coordinating meeting schedules.
- Creating systems for the regular filing of documents and records.
Requirements:The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: English Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Executive Secretarial Studies. A minimum of two years of practical experience is required.
Preferred Skills:- Proficiency in languages: Arabic, English, French, and Urdu at an advanced level.
- Contact officer services and document management software.
