Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate coding and posting of invoices in the system.
- Verify that all payment requisitions are approved by relevant Department Heads or Division Heads.
- Post all manual cheques into the system.
- Schedule and process electronic payments according to approved policies.
- Update creditors’ reconciliation to ensure alignment with the creditor’s statement.
- Ensure payment advices are sent out to creditors on time.
Qualifications:- Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
