Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, emergency response, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
