Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily construction activities in the assigned project area.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, safety teams, and subcontractors to streamline workflow and resolve field issues.
- Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards on site.
- Track progress and maintain comprehensive logs and reporting.
- Participate in schedule reviews to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Review and validate work plans, risk assessments, and permits to work (PTWs).
- Supervise and mentor field personnel to ensure productivity and competency.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material delivery.
- Identify and escalate construction issues or delays to senior management.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site audits as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:- Experience in a supervisory role on large-scale construction or mining projects.
- Trade qualification or degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and industry standards.
- Understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in remote or industrial sites.
- Proficiency in construction documentation and reporting systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors concurrently.
