Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper at Movenpick Waad Al Shamal. In this critical role, you will:
- Lead and inspire housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensure seamless coordination across hotel departments to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee laundry operations including inventory management, quality control, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor laundry processing standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing their concerns promptly.
- Manage departmental scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, with a leadership background.
- Strong knowledge in housekeeping operations, laundry systems, and hotel PMS coordination.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
