Key Responsibilities:- Guest Experience: Provide seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional guest journey. Anticipate guest preferences and deliver thoughtful touches aligned with Miraval’s philosophy.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure guest areas and rooms are prepared before arrival, maintain up-to-date profiles, and manage in-room dining experiences.
- Communication & Teamwork: Communicate effectively across departments to deliver seamless experiences, and support a professional environment.
- Wellbeing & Brand Values: Uphold our standards in every interaction and maintain professional grooming that reflects our values.
Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for service.
Physical Demands:- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift service trays or luggage as needed.
Work Environment:- Wellness destination resort located on Shura Island, Red Sea with both indoor and outdoor environments.
