Key Responsibilities:- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, handling luggage and ensuring room cleanliness.
- Anticipate customer needs, particularly for those with special requirements, and provide tailored services.
- Process orders accurately while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of menu items.
- Conduct guest registration and cashiering, ensuring seamless communication.
- Address customer dissatisfaction promptly and professionally according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the Butler Pantry and Reception Desk.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant Technical/Vocational Diploma.
- 2-3 years of experience in the international luxury hospitality sector.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
