Purpose of the Role
In this position, you will identify leads, understand technical requirements, and bridge client needs with Immensa's capabilities in digitization and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
    • Identify and qualify new leads within target industries.
    • Research to understand clients’ operations and uncover pain points.
    • Collaborate on targeted campaigns and events.
    • Use CRM & ERP tools for tracking leads.
  • Technical Engagement:
    • Meet customers to understand their requirements.
    • Collect project details and coordinate internally for proposals.
    • Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Share quotes and actively follow up to drive sales closure.
    • Coordinate with teams for pricing, delivery, and documentation.
    • Manage order processing and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on leads and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record in solution selling.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical components.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.
