Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries.
- Address employee requests regarding office supplies and equipment.
- Conduct office tours for new joiners, including safety inductions.
- Maintain the reception mailbox and organize daily deliveries.
- Manage employee attendance and assist in monthly HSE inspections.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
