Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner and listening to their requests carefully. 4. Beverage decoration: Professionally coordinate and decorate drinks, such as latte art. 5. Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials like coffee and milk, and provide reports on missing or consumed orders. 6. Cleanliness and health: Maintain cleanliness in the work area, tools, and machines, adhering to health and safety standards. 7. Providing advice: Advise customers on specialty coffee types and the preparation process and recommendations for a distinctive experience. Minimum educational qualification: General Secondary School Commitment to work schedules: Ability to work in varying shifts (morning and evening) Years of experience: At least one year of previous experience in preparing coffee drinks.
