Experience in dealing with employees and communicating with them and coordination.
* Previous experience in human resources management through human resources applications.
* Experience using human resources management platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance) and others.
* Familiarity with labor systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Full commitment to work and working hours.
* Ability to develop and govern work in human resources management.
* Ability to provide initiatives that serve the establishment through its employees in terms of courses and incentives that help in productivity and overall returns.
* Drafting the terms, conditions, and general and specific contracts for the establishment in accordance with the systems followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and familiarity with them.
