Customer Accountant

• Preparing reports of outstanding amounts from entities and collecting them according to policies and procedures.
• Following up and coordinating the collection with the concerned parties and responding to their various inquiries.
• Recording collected amounts and continuously updating the reports.

4. Cash Management: Ensuring the security of the cash drawer and monitoring the levels of available cash.

5. Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering customer questions and providing assistance as needed.

6. Recording Orders: Accurately inputting orders into the system and ensuring they match with invoices.

7. Closing Customer Accounts: Dealing with final payments when customers leave.

8. Handling Complaints: Addressing any complaints or issues that may arise during the payment process.

9. Cleaning the Work Area: Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the cashier area.

10. Collaboration with the Team: Working closely with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
