We are looking for a special person to join our team for the position of cashier and customer service, who has experience and skill in dealing with customers and managing accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on the cashier accurately and efficiently.

• Work on accounting systems and record sales.

• Handle cash and deliver financial reports at the end of the shift.

• Satisfy customer requests and ensure a distinctive shopping experience.

• Assist the team during peak times to ensure smooth workflow.

• Contribute to solving customer issues and responding to their inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in working with accounting systems.

• Excellent skills in cash management and financial reporting.

• The ability to deal with customers with a positive and friendly spirit.

• Willingness to work during high-pressure and peak times.

• Organizational skills and teamwork collaboration.

Customer Reception:
• Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting and answering customer inquiries when needed.
2. Conducting Financial Transactions:
• Recording purchases in the accounting system or cash register.
• Issuing invoices and presenting them to customers.
• Handling cash, credit cards, or other payment methods accurately.
3. Cash Drawer Management:
• Ensuring cash accuracy at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues in the cash drawer to the supervisor.
4. Customer Service:
• Processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any minor complaints.

1. Customer Reception: Receiving customers at the payment points.
2. Purchases Registration: Entering the products or services that the customer has purchased into the system (usually using a barcode scanner).
3. Completion of Financial Transactions: Receiving payments whether in cash, credit cards, or electronic payment methods.
4. Issuing Invoices: Printing the invoice for the customer and giving it to them.
5. Returns Management: Completing return or exchange operations if there are any issues with the product.
6. Record Keeping: Accurately recording payments and transactions to ensure transparency.
7. Balancing Cash: Ensuring that the cash register has the correct amount at the end of the day or after each shift.

Required Skills for Cashiers:

• Good mathematical skills to calculate amounts quickly and accurately.
• The ability to deal with electronic systems and payment devices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer service.
• Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial operations.
• The ability to handle stressful situations during busy periods.

This role usually requires a medium level of education (such as a high school diploma) and may require internal training to familiarize with the different systems used by the store or establishment.
