Tasks and Responsibilities:
Follow up on orders received from the website daily and ensure their details are correct.
Distribute tasks to the specialized team for preparation and packaging, and review orders before delivery.
Ensure that each order matches the client's specifications (names, packaging, quantities, special notes).
Coordinate with shipping companies and representatives to deliver orders on time.
Follow up on shipping and delivery statuses and resolve any notes or delays.
Manage daily operations inside the warehouse or preparation area in an organized and fast manner.
Submit daily reports to management on the number of completed and delayed orders.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and maintain product quality during preparation.
Contribute to improving the customer experience through accuracy and speed of execution.
Requirements:
High organizational skills and quick thinking.
Proficiency in computer use and follow-up through the store's control panels.
Experience or understanding in dealing with electronic orders and shipping.
High accuracy in work and the ability to lead the team.
Preference for residents of northern Riyadh or near Al-Narjis neighborhood.
