We at Qanas Al-Arabia Limited are looking for an outstanding waiter to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing them with food and drink menus.
• Answering customer inquiries and advising on food and drink options.
• Setting up and cleaning tables.
• Providing bills to customers and receiving and recording payments.
• Handling complaints and escalating them to the complaints officer.

This position requires that you have at least one year of experience in catering in hospitals and hotels. We request that the applicant holds a high school diploma, have advanced customer service skills, and be able to distribute meals to patients. You must also speak Arabic fluently and English at a beginner level.
