Key Responsibilities:- Lead the formulation of Facility and Administration strategies, translating them into operational actions.
- Oversee daily operations including vendor management, office procedures, and customer support, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
- Coordinate all central services such as reception, security, maintenance, and catering to comply with statutory regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service in line with Takamol standards.
- Plan office systems and layouts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and space utilization.
- Identify and support the development needs of your team for professional growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Facility Management or Administration.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A structured approach with strong presentation skills.
