Role Summary

Key Accountabilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for all dairy products.
    • Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In First-Out) to prevent product expiry.
    • Conduct daily cycle counts and full physical stock counts.
    • Reconcile system stock with physical stock and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stock Monitoring & Coordination:
    • Monitor finished goods stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
    • Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Implement warehouse procedures for product protection and quality.
    • Monitor and manage product expiry dates effectively.
  • Direction of Subordinates:
    • Supervise and train warehouse staff on operational standards and safety.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures:
    • Enforce compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Reporting:
    • Create daily and monthly reports on inventory movement and discrepancies.
    • Document warehouse transactions accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
