We at Aswar Al-Bana Company for Maintenance and Cleaning are looking for a distinguished maintenance supervisor to join our team. This opportunity will provide you with a stimulating and exciting work environment.

Job Description:
Your main responsibility will be to prepare a plan and work program for maintenance tasks, in addition to following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance. Tasks will also be distributed among the team and their training needs will be identified. You will also be responsible for preparing preventive maintenance programs.

Main Tasks:

• Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of required materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members according to their capabilities and monitor their performance.
• Assess the training needs of the maintenance team and recommend specialized training.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
• Store and document work reports and results.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma one year after high school in mechanical engineering.
• Certified Professional Engineer CPE.
• Certificates such as NEBOSH and OSHA are preferred.

Required Skills:

• Advanced skills in machine maintenance.
• Management of maintenance planning systems.
• Supervision and technical guidance.
• The ability to prepare reports and forecasts.
