About the Role: Join BuildMate™ as a Market Research Analyst where you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by researching market and consumer trends. Your analyses will contribute significantly to improving our marketing and sales initiatives within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Research and analyze information on contractors, building materials suppliers, and heavy equipment materials suppliers.
- Identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Interpret data and consolidate findings into comprehensive reports.
- Flag market issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for management.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze financial data.
- Perform additional duties as required while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Functional Relationships: You will collaborate closely with our Country Manager and CEO, as well as external suppliers and contractors.
Essential Criteria: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Good understanding of SEO, marketing databases, and social media.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical technologies.
- Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary.
Desirable Criteria: - Professional writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
