Atheal (أثيل) is a Saudi health & wellness brand. We bring lab-grade insight home through at-home biomarker testing. We're early and building our content engine from scratch.

The role

You own Atheal's content and social: the ideas, the angle, the scripts, the creators who bring them to life, and the calendar. Not a performance, ads, or email/CRM role — we have those covered. Your job is ideas, voice, creators, and a feed that never goes quiet.

What you'll do

• Come up with the content ideas and the angle behind them (TikTok & Instagram).
• Write the video scripts and copy. For image ideas, create the concept and brief our agency.
• Find and direct UGC creators when an idea needs one — and build a roster you can call on.
• Handle posting, captions (Najdi), and community management.
• Own the content calendar (we run on Notion).
• Keep everything on brand: Najdi, warm, clear, no medical claims.

Must-haves

• Native-level Najdi (or strong Gulf) Arabic writing — ships without edits. Plus solid English.
• Proven content that performed — videos/posts you conceived, with traction to show.
• Strong instinct for TikTok & Instagram formats, hooks, and trends.
• Experience sourcing and directing UGC creators.
• Hands-on social account management.
• Self-directed and organized.

Nice-to-have

• Health/wellness or DTC background · existing creator network in KSA · creative-direction eye · Notion power-user.

Social Media Specialist (أخصائي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with experience in digital content and a good understanding of various social media platforms, to contribute to managing and developing the brand's digital presence, and creating professional content that enhances engagement and achieves marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate various social media accounts such as:
  • X (formerly Twitter)
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • YouTube, and more.
• Prepare and implement digital content plans and strategies in line with the company's goals.
• Write and formulate creative and marketing content in Arabic, with proficiency in English preferred.
• Create regular publishing schedules and organize content to ensure continuity and quality.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and contribute to planning, implementing, and tracking their results.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
• Analyze account performance and prepare periodic reports that include performance indicators and recommendations.
• Keep up with trends and updates related to social media platforms and utilize them to benefit the brand.
• Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure the integration of visual messages and content.
• Contribute to developing the digital identity and communication style of the brand.

• Strong experience and knowledge of various social media platforms and how each platform works.
• Excellent writing and creative marketing content creation skills.
• The ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and analyze their results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.
• Having work samples or accounts previously worked on is preferred.
