Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site staff to ensure design accuracy and implementation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural plans and translate them into technical drawings for marble and stone applications.
• Understand and incorporate client requirements, project scope, budget, and design preferences into drawing outputs.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation in compliance with project and company standards.
• Provide technical support to site teams during installation and execution phases.
• Participate in design meetings and respond to drawing revisions or updates as needed.

• Diploma in AutoCAD Draftsmanship or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GCC, specifically in marble, granite, or stone contracting and trading projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D with a strong portfolio of relevant drafting work.
• In-depth understanding of materials, installation methods, and industry standards related to marble and granite.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret construction and architectural documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be locally available in KSA or ready to relocate immediately.
