Public Relations Specialist

Al-Musaned Company – A specialized institution in organizing events, personal escort, crowd management, and reception and guidance services.

🎯 Job Objective:

Representing the company before various entities, building a network of relationships and strategic partnerships that support the company's business expansion, in addition to seeking contractual opportunities and executing communication and negotiation tasks with clients and government and private entities.

🛠️ Tasks and Responsibilities:

Searching for contractual opportunities with government and private companies and entities.

Negotiating with clients to close commercial and service agreements.

Representing the company in meetings, official events, and functions.

Building long-term relationships with potential partners.

Preparing periodic reports on meeting results and business opportunities.

Coordinating with internal teams to meet the requirements of new clients.

Developing a positive image of the company in the community and with clients.

Communicating with media and social platforms when needed.


✅ Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to negotiate and persuade.

Experience in searching for cooperation and contractual opportunities.

A tactful and confident personality that represents the company professionally.

Ability to manage time and execute tasks within the required timeframe.

Preferably someone with a previous network of relationships in the field of events or services.


🎓 Qualifications:

A degree or experience in public relations, marketing, or business administration is preferred.

A university degree is not required if there is practical experience and skill.
